First, you need to prepare some answers for the possible questions. As we all know, the employers like to ask to some questions to test you, like introducing yourself, what is your opinion about the job position. You’d better prepare some answers for them, if you can not react right way, your hesitation makes employers think that you are not ready for the job position.

1、着装得体（Dress appropriately）
在面试时，男女着装的要求也不一样，男性可以着西装领带黑皮鞋，一定要干净整洁，女士相对来说可以选套装。

2、言语简练（Concise speech）
言语简练有利于面试官对我们形成正面认识，有利于我们的面试成功。

3、体态大方（Good posture）
在面试过程中，体态语言也是重要的一环，比如说动作手势要干净利落，还有眼神的接触，眼神接触使用正确的话，可以让对方感觉到你对于这份工作的用心，可以更好的表现自己的优势。

4、自我分析（Self ****ysis）

You also need to plan what you are going to say .in some interviews you will have to do a lot of talking,and in others you will only have to answer a few questions about your education and experience .you need to have answers ready about yourself ,your schoolwork ,your strong points ,for applying for the job ,and the salary you expect.
You will also be allowed to ask some questions ,the questions you ask will show the interviewer that you have given careful thought to the position .you can ask questions like these :What duties will I have to do in the job Does the company provide health insurance Does the company provide opportunities for further education .
